Global Vice President, The Registry Collection® program
As Global Vice President, Gregg Anderson is the overall company lead and responsible executive for the brand. He provides strategic direction to a group of product managers in seven regional offices. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and is one of only a handful of authorities on the subject of luxury shared vacation ownership and the concept of reciprocal use programs for this niche segment.
Before joining RCI, Anderson's career included positions as vice president of acquisitions for Intrawest; senior vice president of sales and marketing for ClubCorp; and 14 years in brand management for The Walt Disney Company in the United States and Japan.
Anderson is an ARDA Trustee. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida State University in the United States and attended graduate school in Florence, Italy. He lives with his wife and two sons in Florida. In his spare time he is actively involved as an executive with The Boy Scouts of America.
Director of Business Development, South Asia, The Registry Collection® program
Daniel Tan, is the Director of Business Development in South Asia for RCI and The Registry Collection® program. Based in the Singapore office, Daniel and his team are responsible for driving RCI's shared business development and growth goals across the region.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Surrey (UK) majoring in Hospitality & Tourism Management and brings with him extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry; specifically in OTAs, B2C, B2B and travel agencies divisions.
In his last position with Qunar.com, he was initially hired as a Business Development Director, and was part of the pioneer team in Singapore. In that role, he contributed towards the setting up Qunar’s first overseas office outside of China. In his last role as Regional Director, International Business, Daniel was responsible for the strategizing, managing and executing of Qunar’s growth and expansion plans across the whole APAC region (excluding China), and leading a team of 35 staff.
Director of Business Development and Affiliate Servicing, Pacific, The Registry Collection® program
Paul Gardiner is the Director of Business Development and Affiliate Servicing for the Pacific region for RCI and The Registry Collection® program. Based in Australia, Paul and his team are responsible for driving RCI's strategic direction across the Pacific region and enhancing the working relationship with our affiliates.
Paul has over 25 years of international experience in the property, travel and shared ownership industries, having held various senior executive positions with major leisure corporations in Australia, Asia, Europe and USA.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland majoring in Finance & Economics and is a certified practising accountant under the Australia CPA Program.
